- Direct the work of team members, provide technical support and training.
- Create a positive working atmosphere to improve team morale and efficiency.

2. Technical planning and management:
- Make long-term development plans and short-term project plans for the technical department.
- Keep track of the latest technology trends and evaluate the application potential of new technologies.
- Promote technological innovation and intellectual property applications.

3. Technical support:
- Responsible for the planning, implementation and monitoring of important technical projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and quality requirements.
- Coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure synergy between technical projects and other business units.

4. Quality control and risk management:
- Develop and implement technical standards and quality control processes.
- Identify and address risks and issues in technical projects.
- Ensure technical output complies with relevant regulations and industry standards.

5. Communication and collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with senior management, other departments and external partners.
- Coordinate the cooperation between technical department and other departments.
- Participate in the company's strategic decisions and provide technical perspective.

6. Technical maintenance:
- Responsible for company-level technical support and problem solving.

Education: Secondary school or above, proficient in 2D, 3D drawings, mechanical, drawing and other related majors is preferred.
Age: Under 45 years old
